Jen’s love affair with real estate started at a young age. She learned the importance of land ownership from her great-grandmother, who migrated to the United States as an indentured servant because she could not own land in Ireland. After seven years, her great-grandmother was able to purchase the family’s land in Riverside, California. This is the land Jen grew up in. When Jen started driving, she would go around and look at beautiful homes throughout Southern California and visualize herself one day owning one.
Jen entered the real estate industry in 2003. Within her first year, she became the top agent in her office and developed a passion for helping others find their dream homes and build their net worth.
In her 19 years in the business, she has been through the greatest ups and downs the market has had to offer.
In 2014, she started her team, The Wehner Group, growing it to over $200M in volume annually.
